Go to Editorial ManagerThe Journal of Artificial Intelligence Applications and Data Science (JAIADS) strongly advocates for the intellectual property rights of researchers. We implement a copyright policy designed to protect authors' rights while ensuring the global, unrestricted dissemination of their work.
In JAIADS, authors retain the full copyright of their published articles. Unlike traditional publishing models where copyright is transferred to the publisher, our model ensures that the creators of the knowledge remain the legal owners of their intellectual property.
By submitting to and publishing in JAIADS, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the article as the first formal publisher. This agreement allows JAIADS to format, host, and distribute the article globally.
All articles published in JAIADS are released to the public under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
What this means for authors and readers:
JAIADS emphasizes the ethical obligation of appreciating and citing the original work. Any reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of articles published in our journal must include a standard academic citation, including the author names, article title, journal name, volume, issue, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
By maintaining a fair and transparent copyright policy, JAIADS ensures that the rights of researchers are protected while fostering an open, collaborative scientific ecosystem.
