Go to Editorial ManagerThe Journal of Artificial Intelligence Applications and Data Science (JAIADS) is dedicated to ensuring the widest possible dissemination and the secure, long-term preservation of all published research. To safeguard the scientific record and support authors in maximizing the visibility of their work, JAIADS has established the following comprehensive archiving and self-archiving policies.
JAIADS strongly encourages authors to self-archive and share their work. Authors are granted the full right to deposit their manuscripts in institutional, disciplinary, or governmental repositories of their choice.
Authors are explicitly permitted to self-archive all versions of their manuscript:
Permitted Locations for Deposit:
JAIADS imposes no embargo period on any version of the manuscript. Authors are free to make their accepted or published work publicly available in any of the aforementioned repositories immediately upon formal acceptance or publication.
When depositing the Accepted Manuscript or the Published Version, authors are required to provide a formal citation to the official Version of Record published in JAIADS. This must include a direct link to the article using its permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI). This ensures that readers can always access the definitive, formally published version of the research.
To ensure that all published articles remain permanently accessible, even in the event of unforeseen technological disruptions, JAIADS is actively integrating its content with recognized digital preservation networks. We maintain secure, redundant backups of all published content and utilize industry-standard archiving solutions (such as the PKP Preservation Network, LOCKSS, or CLOCKSS) to guarantee the perpetual availability of the scientific literature hosted by our journal.
